There may be times in all our lives where we feel less able to cope with the emotions we are experiencing. This can be triggered by many things, including bereavement, relationship difficulties, losing a job, or health issues. In some cases, there may appear to be no apparent reason at all. In all cases, however, talking things through can help to ease some of the pain we feel and enable us to recognise a way forward.
I am a doctor of Counselling Psychology, trained at London’s City University. I provide a non-judgemental environment where you can feel free to discuss anything. I mainly practise within an Integrative framework, which incorporates Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches.
Therapy will take place in a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings and together we can try to understand the circumstances that are troubling you. I will support you in finding a way forward that feels comfortable for you.
I am based in Highgate, North London, where I see clients in a homely, welcoming environment.
